What we collect
- Consultation request: your first name, WhatsApp number and city.
- Your answers: where you are noticing hair changes, how much, family history, recent illness, stress or weight loss, and whether you have a heart, kidney or blood pressure condition. These are health details. We only receive them when you book a consultation.
- Consultation records: notes your dermatologist makes and any prescription.
- Technical data: basic server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
How we use it
- To arrange your free consultation and contact you on WhatsApp about it.
- To let your dermatologist prepare for and carry out your consultation.
- To dispense and deliver treatment if it is prescribed, and to follow up with you.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, your family or your employer.
Who can see it
Your dermatologist and the MereBaal care team who arrange your consultation and delivery. Our service providers also process data for us: Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores consultation requests, and checks each submission for spam with Akismet (Automattic, Inc.); WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) carries our messages with you; and Google Fonts (Google LLC) serves the website fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. These providers may process data outside Pakistan, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
